Terms of electronic services provided through kosteckilabs.com. This site is informational - no contract is concluded here and nothing is sold.

1. Service provider

2. What the site offers

kosteckilabs.com provides, free of charge: information about our business, a contact form, and an AI assistant chat where you can outline your project.

The site is not a sales platform and is not a tool for concluding contracts online. Submitting the contact form or chatting with the assistant is an invitation to discuss working together - not a contract.

3. Technical requirements

To use the site you need an internet-connected device and a current browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with JavaScript enabled.

The site requires no registration, no install, and no personal data beyond what you choose to enter in the contact form.

4. Rules of use

By using the site you agree not to submit unlawful content, not to send spam, not to try to bypass technical safeguards (including prompt-injection attempts against the AI assistant), and not to abuse the forms or chat in ways that disrupt the site.

We may rate-limit or block traffic sources that violate these rules.

5. AI assistant

The chat uses an external language-model provider. Responses are generated by an AI model and may contain errors, simplifications, or out-of-date information. Do not treat them as technical, legal, or commercial advice.

6. Liability and intellectual property

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site running and its content up to date, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or complete accuracy. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the site, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

All content on the site (text, graphics, layout) is protected by copyright and belongs to us or our licensors. Commercial use requires our consent.

7. Complaints

If something is broken or you have concerns about how the site works, email kontakt@kosteckilabs.com. We respond within 14 business days.

8. Changes to these terms
